Nigeria to participate in Arab Boxing Grand Prix Championship

Nigeria is set to participate in the Russian Arab Boxing Grand Prix Championship for professionals. The Russian Grand Prix Arab Boxing Championship for professionals will be held from 21st April to 1st May, 2021 at the Olympic Village Novogorsk” sports complex in Moscow.

In a statement obtained by www.aclsports.com, the President of International Federation of Arab Boxing Sports, Dr Sediri Hedi said athletes from Russia, Middle East and Africa will participate in the championship.

He revealed that more than 1,600 journalists from four continents will cover the tournament adding that the coverage of the championship will be top notch.

The statement read, “The Next great Event of F.I.B.A will gather Professional fighter of Arab boxing in lot of categories. Many political personalities could be present artist and many champions of Africa.

“In this event we would like to bring the light on these two great continents Asia and Russia including fighters from Nigeria.

“We have concluded plans for journalists across the globe to cover the championship and I am optimistic that the coverage will be mind-blowing”.
