Africa champions, Nigeria’s Super Falcons, will compete in the West African Football Union (WAFU B) Four-Nation Tournament in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, from 27 February to 7 March 2026, www.aclsports.com reports.

The mini-tournament will feature four West African teams that have qualified for the 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) in Morocco: Nigeria, hosts Côte d’Ivoire, Ghana and Senegal.

The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) confirmed the Super Falcons’ participation, describing the competition as a key part of preparations for WAFCON, scheduled to run from 17 March to 3 April 2026.

Nigeria have been drawn in Group C of the 2026 WAFCON alongside Zambia, Egypt and Malawi.
