FC Robo Queens extended their lead in Group B, Abia Angels climbed into second place, and Bayelsa Queens reclaimed top spot in Group A as Matchday 13 of the 2025/26 NWFL Premiership produced defining results across centres, www.aclsports.com reports.

At the Mobolaji Johnson Arena in Lagos, Robo Queens secured a controlled 2–0 win over Dannaz Ladies. Opeyemi Ajakaye set the tone with an early opener in the 7th minute, while Esther Onyenezide added a second just before the break to seal all three points. The result sees Robo extend their advantage at the top of Group B to four points.

Abia Angels were among the biggest movers of the round after a 2–0 victory over Nasarawa Amazons in Aba. Winner David broke the deadlock in the 36th minute, and Chinaza Enuma doubled the lead shortly after half-time to seal an important win that lifts the hosts into second place.

Remo Stars Ladies delivered the most emphatic performance of the matchday, thrashing Osun Babes 5–1 in Ikenne. Hannah Ibrahim netted twice in a dominant first-half display, while Chiamaka Ojialor, Blessed Isigbo, and Kehinde Deborah also found the net. Ebunoluwa Akinola grabbed a consolation for the visitors, but the damage had already been done.

In Iyahmo, Confluence Queens edged Delta Queens 2–1 in a closely contested encounter. After a goalless first half, Ijeoma Ibe opened the scoring in the 55th minute before Marvelous Ebube extended the lead late on. Temitope Aweda reduced the deficit for Delta Queens, but the hosts held firm to claim maximum points.

Bayelsa Queens left it late to secure a crucial 1–0 victory over Pacesetter Queens in Ibadan. Glory Edet struck in the 80th minute to hand the Prosperity Girls a win that sends them back to the top of the Group A standings.

Ibom Angels recorded a narrow 1–0 win over Rivers Angels in Uyo, with Mariam Okocha’s 7th-minute strike proving decisive. The result shakes up the top of Group A, denting Rivers Angels’ position.

Edo Queens were held to a 1–1 draw by Adamawa Queens in Makwada despite taking the lead through Atume Doosuur in the 82nd minute. The forward’s strike marked her 10th goal of the season, making her the first player to reach double figures this term. However, a stoppage-time penalty from Katon Waken ensured the spoils were shared.

In Owerri, Heartland Queens claimed a comfortable 2–0 win over Naija Ratels. Faith Samson converted from the spot in the 24th minute before Oluebube Umejiaku added a second nine minutes later to secure the victory.

Table Implications

In Group A, Bayelsa Queens move back to the top of the table, with Edo Queens climbing into second and Rivers Angels slipping to third. Ibom Angels rise to fourth, while Adamawa Queens drop to fifth. Pacesetter Queens and Naija Ratels remain in the bottom places.

In Group B, Robo Queens extend their lead at the summit, while Abia Angels climb into second position. Remo Stars Ladies return to the top three, and Nasarawa Amazons fall out of the leading pack following their defeat.

The final fixture of the round will see Sunshine Queens take on Ahudiyannem Queens at the Akure Sports Complex on Thursday, 2 April 2026, in a match that could further influence the standings.
