First-half goals from Abdullahi Usman and Jonathan Mairiga were all the home side needed to claim all three points in their match-day 10 clash with the Oluyole Warriors at the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa Stadium in Bauchi. It is a first win in seven games for the Elephants.

In the game between Rangers and Kwara United in Enugu, it ended goalless as the visitors continued their fine form under new permanent head coach Ashifat Suleiman. In Kennedy Boboye’s first game in charge of Bendel Insurance, it finished 1-1 against Kun Khalifat in Owerri.
