Coach of Nigeria Customs Service Volleyball Club, Eric Kefas said his team will not relent despite winning the title three times in a row in the men’s category.

Kefas told www.aclsports.com that the volleyball club is trying to infuse the younger players into the men and women team.

The ex international revealed that the women’s team will bounce back after missing out of the title race at the 2020 Nigeria Volleyball Super Cup in Ilorin.

He said, “The men team of the Nigeria Customs Service Volleyball Club will not relent despite their achievements in the last three seasons. We have successfully won the title three consecutive times in the face of serious competition from the Nigeria Security Civil Defense Corps (NSCDC) and Kano Pillars.

“The mandate giving to us by our club sports secretary, Samuel Onikeku is that we start giving the younger players chance. If you noticed our squad at the Super Cup, you will see that we fielded young players in most of our matches. The experienced players in the team are the ones inspiring the younger players on and off the court.

“The girls gave their best during the Super Cup but luck was against them but I am optimistic the women’s team will bounce back. We signed some new players to beef up the team and this season you will all see a brand new team”.
