Kwara Adorable Angels have recorded a total number of 92 goals in two matches at the ongoing National Handball Division one league in Kaduna.

Kwara Adorable Angels pummelled COAS Shooters Babes 49-23 in their first match and defeated Confluence Queens 43-31 in their second match of the division one.

Former U17 players, Wuraola Nuhu, Muhinat Yusuf, Balikis Ibrahim and Idowu Abdulrasaq displayed fine artistry of handball as they punished the Kogi girls

The head coach of Kwara Adorable Angels, Isiaka Atanda told www.aclsports.com  that the instructions he gave to his players is to score between the range of 20 to 30 goals in each halves.

Atanda said, “I am satisfied with the performances of the girls. Before we departed for the division one, we had a mandate of scoring between the ranges of 20 to 30 goals in each halves of any game and I am happy the girls are fulfilling their promise.

“The team had scored 92 goals in two games and I expect the girls to put more effort in winning their remaining matches with large margins”, he added.

He said the next hurdle to cross is to beat Police Machine in their third match and remain unbeaten till they lift the trophy.

Atanda said, “Currently, Kwara Adorable Angels are unbeaten in the league and our next match is against Police Machine. The game plan is to win convincingly because they are not really a strong team, remain unbeaten till the final of the division one and eventually lift the trophy”.
