National women’s senior team player, Dorathy Nyagh was instrumental to Benue Queens second victory against Bayelsa Queens 29-15 on the Day two of the National Handball Division one league in Kaduna.
The assistant coach of Benue Queens, Adole Agaba praised the former Defenders Babes player, Dorathy Nyagh for being instrumental to the victories of the team.
He said Benue Queens are picking up gradually under this harsh environment at the ongoing National Handball Division one league in Kaduna.
Agaba said, “The performance of the girls is exceptional but I must give thumbs up to Dorathy Nyagh who is part of the senior team. She has shown the quality of a good leader in the team”.
Agaba told www.aclsports.com that he is not satisfied despite recording two wins from two matches at the division one league.
He said the target is to pick a ticket in the 2020 Prudent Energy Handball League.
The ex international said, “Looking at girls’ performance from a coach perspective, I am not satisfied despite the winnings. Even if the girls score more than a thousand goals in one match, there is still room for improvement.
“We are in Kaduna for one reason and that is to pick a ticket for the 2020 Prudent Energy Handball League. I know by the grace of God, our dreams will become reality. Benue Queens have what it takes to compete at the Prudent Energy Handball League”.
