Turkish Women’s Super League side ABB FOMGET have announced the signing of Super Falcons defender Miracle Usani, www.aclsports.com reports.
The 19-year-old arrives at ABB FOMGET after a spell with Abia Angels following a successful loan stint at Edo Queens, where she established herself as one of Nigeria’s promising young defenders.
In the announcement, the club said: “As ABB FOMGET Sports Club, we have reached an agreement with Miracle Ofem Usani as part of our squad planning for the new season.
“We welcome Miracle, who will wear our shirt as we pursue our goals, and wish her a season filled with good health, success and championships in our red-and-blue colours.”
Usani’s rise began at youth level, helping Nigeria win bronze at the 2022 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup in India.
She later joined the LaLiga Academy before making her mark with Edo Queens. During the 2024 CAF Women’s Champions League, Usani earned a place in the competition’s Best XI after an impressive campaign.
Her progress also earned international recognition, with Usani ranked 18th on GOAL’s NXGN 2025 list of the world’s top 25 teenage women’s football talents.
She was subsequently called up to the Super Falcons squad and played a part in Nigeria’s triumph at the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations, which was staged in Morocco in 2025, as the team secured a record-extending 10th continental title.
Usani then returned to Abia Angels and helped the club achieve a historic feat in the 2025/26 NWFL Premiership season, reaching the Super Six for the first time in the club’s history before finishing fourth.
The defender now takes the next step in her career with a move to Turkey, where she will look to establish herself in a new league and continue her development at club level.
Usani will also link up with fellow Nigerian Zipporah Agama, who joined ABB FOMGET from Liga F side Levante UD Femenino.
