Christian Foloki has expressed that the achievements of 2024 have greatly fueled his determination to contribute even more to TojeMarine Handball Club.

Foloki, who was named the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the 2024 Ardova Handball Premier League, played a key role in TojeMarine HC of Lagos clinching the league title.

The former National U18 player shared with www.aclsports.com that winning the title was a collective effort involving not only his teammates but also the coaches.

“Winning the MVP award in the Ardova Handball Premier League is a huge honor,” Foloki said.

“It’s a testament not only to my efforts but also to the unwavering support of my teammates, coaches, and everyone involved in the league. This recognition motivates me to keep improving and continue contributing to my team’s success.”

Foloki also spoke about his pride in winning a bronze medal at the 13th African Games in Ghana, a milestone that holds a special place in his heart.

“Securing the bronze medal at the African Games was a monumental achievement,” he reflected. “It validated all our hard work and teamwork, and it drives me to strive for even greater success. It feels like the culmination of all the effort, sacrifices, and passion I’ve put into the sport.”

“Every moment, whether it’s the medal at the African Games or the MVP award in the league, fills me with pride and joy. It’s a reminder that I am capable of so much more,” he added.

As 2024 comes to a close, Christian is already looking forward to 2025 with enthusiasm.

“I’m excited for a new year full of opportunities, growth, and meaningful achievements. It’s about embracing positive experiences and making significant strides in both my personal and professional life,” he said.
