One of the two finalists for this season’s Nigeria Federation Cup, now known as AITEO Cup, Niger Tornadoes have arrived the venue of Sunday’s final.

Top division side Tornadoes who won the competition in 2000 arrived Lagos from their Lokoja base on Thursday evening and headed directly to their Hotel base for the final, Senator Suites and Towers situated at the state capital.

Abubakar Bala’s men have masterminded the exits of two key oppositions in their last two rounds en route to the final of the competition. The Ikon Allah Boys defeated defending Cup Champions FC Ifeanyiubah at the semi final stage, winning 4-3 on aggregate after a 4-2 first leg win in Lokoja.

They had in the previous round defeated newly crowned Nigeria Professional Football League champions Plateau United 4-2 on aggregate.
