The 28-year-old, who spent seven years at Stamford Bridge, becomes the third player to arrival at Los Blancos following the initial transfers of Eder Militao from Porto and young striker, Luka Jovic.

Hazard won two Premier League titles, one FA Cup, and two Europa League since joining Chelsea from Ligue 1 side, Lille, in the summer of 2012.

He will be presented as a Real Madrid player on Thursday, according to the 13 times European Champions.
