Morocco coach Herve Renard says they have entered the crucial phase of their preparation for the 2018 Fifa World Cup, with three friendly matches on schedule for late May and early June.

According to the Frenchman, the Atlas Lions will play a test match against Ukraine on May 30 in Switzerland before taking on Slovakia at the same venue on June 4 and then Estonia in Tallinn on June 8.

Morocco had an inspiring Fifa break in March, defeating Serbia (2-1) and Uzbekistan (2-0) in friendlies.

At the 2018 World Cup, the Lions will face Spain, Portugal and Iran in Group B.
