It was another magical night in Europe’s elite club competition, the UEFA Champions League, UCL, as a Lucas Moura hattrick ended Ajax Amsterdam fairy tale run.

Moura produced a remarkable second half performance as Tottenham came from 3-0 down on aggregate (2-0 on the night) to book their first ever European final on away goals.

With Spurs trailing 1-0 on aggregate following that defeat in England in the first leg last week, they looked down and out when Ajax extended their lead to 3-0 courtesy of goals from their captain, Matthijs De Ligt and Hakeem Ziyech at half time.

However, Moura gave them hope in the second half when he pulled one back via a rebound after Andre Onana had superbly denied Dele Alli.

That goal spurred Tottenham on and four minutes later, they were level on the night courtesy of that man again, Moura, who once again took advantage of a mix up between Onana and his defender to bring Spurs within a goal of the final.

With the game now on the edge, both teams continued in search of more goals but it was the English side who finally found a way as Moura completed the historic turnaround and his hat-trick to break the hearts of the home fans while sending Spurs fans into a frenzy.

That brilliant response in the second and Moura’s man of the match display to set up the first all English final since 2008 set the internet on fire.

Here are some of the best reactions to that incredible Spurs win;
