Barcelona have announced the signing of Super Falcons striker, Asisat Oshoala on a permanent deal following a successful loan spell at the club.

The 24 year-old arrived Spain on the 31st of January, 2019 on loan from Chinese club, Dalian Quanjian. After an impressive four months, Barcelona have reached an agreement with Dalian Quanjian to sign the forward on a deal which will keep her at the club till 30th of June, 2022.

Since arriving Spain, Oshoala has played eleven games and scored eight goals; including that historic goal in the UEFA Women’s Champions League final in Budapest.

The three time Female African Player of the Year is currently in camp with the Super Falcons of Nigeria ahead of the FIFA Women’s World Cup in France starting June 7.
