Nigeria U17 male team defeated Togo 30 to 25 goals at the ongoing CAHB Zone 3 (U17) Handball tournament in Togo. The CAHB Zone 3 (U17) Handball tournament started from 1st to 7th July, 2019.

The team tutored by COAS Shooters coach, Emeka Nnamani and Nasarawa coach, Musa Oji had players like Lagos Seasiders new signing Michael Chukwuka and Lagos U17 player, Korode Kuti in the team.

Other players in Togo are: Gbenga Ojo, Adeleke Segun, Kareem Ajibike,Ukashatu Mohd, Abdulwahab Bello, Yasir Aliyu, Bello Abubakar, Shamsudeen Yahaya, Hassan Salisu and Ahmed Wasiu Olarenwaju.

The U17 team was camped at the Rowe Park Sports Centre, Lagos for over two weeks.

Nigeria will take on Ghana, Benin Republic, Ivory Coast, Niger and Burkina Faso as the game continues.
