Chelsea star forward, Eden Hazard, has sealed a move to Real Madrid, the Spanish club has confirmed. Real Madrid confirmed late on Friday that they had agreed a deal with Europa League champions, Chelsea, to bring the Belgian to the Bernabeu.

“Madrid and Chelsea have agreed a deal for the player Eden Hazard, ” Madrid said in an official statement on their website.

Hazard will put pen to paper on a five-year deal that will see him stay at the Bernabeu until the summer of 2024 pending passing a medical.

The 28-year-old, who spent seven years at Stamford Bridge, becomes the third player to arrival at Los Blancos following the initial transfers of Eder Militao from Porto and young striker, Luka Jovic.

Hazard won two Premier League titles, one FA Cup, and two Europa League since joining Chelsea from Ligue 1 side, Lille, in the summer of 2012.

He will be presented as a Real Madrid player on Thursday, according to the 13 times European Champions.
