Lagos Seasiders have made a final push for the Prudent Energy Handball League title alongside table toppers, Niger United following Friday’s win.

The Lagos based club leapfrogged Safety Shooters to second position, a point behind leaders, Niger United as they defeated Sokoto Rima 28-26 in a tension soaked match on matchday 10.

Safety Shooters meanwhile faltered as they unexpectedly drew their match with Kada Stars 27-27 while Niger United continued their fine run of form defeating bottom placed Prison Key Boys 37-29.

Kano Pillars comfortably outscored Plateau Vipers 30-21 while Bornu Spiders defeated Owena Kings 22-16. De Defenders then defeated COAS Shooters 20-18.
