DreamStar Ladies, Rangers Women, Solo Wonders, and Rosaria Victrix have all secured promotion to the NWFL Championship, www.aclsports.com reports.

It was an eventful final matchday of the 2025 NWFL Nationwide in Abuja, filled with drama, goals, and historic milestones as four teams confirmed their places in the second tier of Nigerian women’s football.

Rangers Women capped off their impressive debut campaign with a 1–0 win over Plateau Queens, courtesy of an early goal from Onwe Oluebube in the 5th minute. The victory confirmed their historic rise to the Championship at the first attempt.

DreamStar Ladies FC sealed an immediate return to the second tier after an unbeaten run in Abuja, showing the experience and composure that once made them a top-flight side.

Solo Wonders FC produced a stunning display to thrash Sporting Angels 8–0 and book their maiden promotion ticket. Jessica Obinna scored a quick-fire hat-trick (11’, 16’, 20’), Chinenye Nzeribe netted four times (54’, 73’, 76’, 85’), while Amarachi Ikechukwu also got on the scoresheet in a dominant performance.

Rosaria Victrix FC held Alexander Queens to a 0–0 draw, a result that was enough to confirm their first-ever promotion to the NWFL Championship after a consistent and disciplined campaign.

Elsewhere, C2E Sports Academy wrapped up their season on a high, defeating Osklean FC 2–0 with goals from Perpetual Abaronye (24’) and Nina Ude (37’) to record their first win of the tournament.

The four promoted teams will now prepare to test themselves at the higher level in the NWFL Championship.
