African V/ball C’ship: Customs thrash Energie of Benin Rep

While we await a comprehensive list of teams that made it to the round of 16 of the ongoing Nigeria Volleyball League, the Nigeria Volleyball Federation has shifted her attention to the African zone 3 Volleyball Club Championship which commenced in Lagos on Sunday.

In the only match of the opening day of the tournament, Nigeria Customs recorded a convincing 3-0 win over Energie vollyeball club of Benin Republic in the female category.

The competition will feature teams from four different countries and the teams include: Nigeria Police, Ghana Police, Niger Police, Nigeria Customs, Entente and Energie volleyball club of Benin Republic, Legacy volleyball club of Nigeria.
