“Although this class is not the goal to attain, it is the highest rank of international referee grade, which is S, after 1st class. It shows years of experience, commitment and passion.

“By years of experience in the former grade with an amount of attendance at championships; without which, one cannot be elevated. For every championship attended, reports of referees in attendance are sent to the World Taekwondo for the record.”

Peter said her dream is to officiate at the Olympics stressing that other referees can attain greater heights with commitments.

She said, “My advice is to strive to do better than me. It will only cost their time, money and commitment. Our dreams are achievable if only we are intentional and willing to go through the odd moments.

“By the Grace of Almighty God and hardwork, I strongly believe I will officiate at the Olympics someday.”
