Dutch giants, Ajax Amsterdam, have completed the transfer of midfielder, Daley Blind from Manchester United, the club announced on Tuesday.

Blind rejoins the Eredivisie outfit, putting pen to paper on a four-year contract worth €16million, which could rise to €20.5million depending on performance related clauses.

The 28-year-old began his career at Ajax, making his senior debut on December 7, 2008 before joining FC Groningen on loan in the 2009-2010 season.

He left the club in 2014 for the English Premier League, where he played 141 games for United, winning the UEFA Europa League, Emirates FA Cup, League Cup and Community Shield with the team.

The versatile player, who featured 143 times for Ajax’s first team, scoring three goals, won the Eredivisie four times and the Johan Cruyff award in 2013.
