Bayelsa Queens forward, Reuben Charity who scored the only goal of the first NWFL Super 4 tie between Sunshine Queens and Bayelsa Queens revealed that her team is ready for the finals and will not cower in fear irrespective of the pedigree of their opponents.

Having scored the only goal of the game to send her side through despite a sending off for Anibaba Ayomide halfway through the second half “I feel so happy about the goal,” she said. “It is not easy but I worked hard for it and I’m very happy about my goal.

“I know that this Super 4 is our own and it’s going to Bayelsa. I have the strong believe that we will be champions,” she added.

With the reigning champions, Nasarawa Amazons ready to defend their title on Sunday…(Reuben Charity cuts in): “Anybody at all we are not afraid of them, anybody we are not afraid of them,” she reiterated.

Nasarawa Amazons will battle it out with Bayelsa Queens by 4pm on Sunday afternoon for a chance to retain their title while Bayelsa Queens will look to upset the holders and win the title for the first time in 12 years.
