Chelle, who admitted that “we’re looking forward to taking part in the Unity Cup as it will give us the chance to try out a few new players in different roles, helping us to strengthen our squad before the matches in September and October,” has also added other standout Nigeria Premier Football League players in the Unity Cup squad.

Junior Nduka, who was part of the Eagles team that qualified to CHAN and won the NPFL with Remo Stars, has been handed a call up. Other centre-backs called up include Semi Ajayi, Igoh Ogbu and fellow NPFL star Ifeanyi Onyebuchi.
