The 17-year-old Brazilian star is expected to join Madrid’s B team, Castilla, after his involvement in a pre-Olympic tournament with his country’s u23 team.

Reinier becomes Madrid’s latest Brazilian youngster after the arrival of compatriots, Vinicius Junior in 2017 and Rodrygo in 2018.

He scored six goals in 14 Serie A appearances for Flamengo last season.
