Belgian midfielder, Nacer Chadli has revealed that the Red Devils’ semi-final clash with France on Tuesday evening will be the most important game of their lives.

In the same vein after scoring the winner to complete a remarkable comeback against Japan, the West Brom midfielder calls for focus ahead of what he terms the game of their (Belgian Red Devils) lives.

“We have to be with our feet on the ground now. The game against France is the most important game of our lives.”

“If you can beat Brazil you do not have to fear anyone. We respect everybody but if we play with fear we will not be able to beat France,” he added.

Despite playing only a little part in the Red Devil’s World Cup campaign so far, Thomas Vermaelen believes his team is capable of going all the way in Russia.

“We can be proud of what we (have) performed already. We want to go further now and not give up. We have to believe in our chances and hopefully win it,” he said in a press conference ahead of the semi-final game against France.

Belgium face France in St. Petersburg on Tuesday evening in their second ever semi-final appearance at the FIFA World Cup.
