Former Remo Stars handler Usman Abd’Allah has agreed to become the head coach of newly promoted Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) side Ranchers Bees, www.aclsports.com reports.
Abd’Allah, who last managed Benin club USCN Cavaliers until earlier this year, was in charge of Remo Stars as they failed to beat the drop in the 2025/26 season.
Sources around the Bees have informed ACLSports that the former Enyimba head coach has agreed to a two-year deal, and his official announcement is imminent. It was also gathered that Abd’Allah’s failed move to a job in the Middle East meant a return to the nation’s topflight for him.
Abd’Allah brings a wealth of experience, having earned his UEFA Pro Licence Certification. He also has advanced degrees in football coaching and team management from Le CREPS de Montpellier, France. He also won the league during his time at Enyimba.
The former Kano Pillars head coach’s immediate task will be to ensure that the Bees stay up on their return to the top flight for the first time in nearly two decades.
