Unbeaten Dolphins and First Bank, the only unbeaten teams left, will clash in the Zenith Bank Women’s Basketball Premier League final, www.aclsports.com reports.

Dolphins maintained their flawless record with a 66–54 victory over Royal Aces. Dolphins dominated from the start and extended their control in the third quarter, while Royal Aces mounted a fightback in the fourth. However, Dolphins held firm to secure their place in the final for the first time in seven years.

Tewo Mololuwa led the charge with 16 points, six rebounds, four assists, and two steals, while Anari Favour contributed 15 points, three rebounds, and three steals. Despite Ruth Udueyin’s 14-point effort, Royal Aces were unable to halt Dolphins’ triumph.

9-time winners First Bank, kept their unbeaten run alive with a narrow 47–45 victory over defending champions MFM. First Bank opened the scoring, but MFM quickly took control, holding a five-point lead by halftime. The third and fourth quarters were end-to-end battles, with First Bank taking the lead in the final period and holding on to reach the final again for the first time since 2018.

Isaac Abigail recorded a double-double for MFM with 16 points and 12 rebounds, but Marylyn Ogoibe’s 10 points, seven rebounds, and three steals proved decisive in sending First Bank through to the championship clash.

Chasing a record 10th title, First Bank will face Dolphins, who are aiming for only their second crown. The two sides boast a rich finals history, having met seven times, with First Bank winning six and Dolphins once.
