The IHF C Licensed coach said, “I want to assure you that the players are well motivated by the Nigerian Army authority through the Director Physical Training, Brigadier General Abdulrahman Bello and 90% of what we need to succeed has been provided.

“The players are well prepared, in good shape and will pull up surprises in the first phase of the league; we are going to hit them like Tsunami”.

“Returning back to the Ardova Handball Premier League makes me feel happy and it has produced an opportunity for me  to re-show myself again at the apex of handball league Nigeria; though I am coming with the women’s team.

When asked if COAS Shooters Babes can withstand the pressure of the league, Nnamani said, “We’ve conditioned the players to face any team in the league notwithstanding their names or size. The team have secured the services of two experienced players and our focus will be to remain in the league for now”.

Nnamani revealed that the handball league has helped produced players who have played for the country at various International Championships including the age grades (Boys and Girls).

He said, “I am happy with the stability of the handball league in Nigeria. If you look critically, you will discover that we have a pool where we can take players whenever we want to attend International Championships. The league has been able to provide job opportunities for young players who are active; I want to appreciate the leadership of the Federation for the stability.”
