The head coach of Edo Dynamos, Aaron Okojie says his team is in Lagos to lift the 2019 Prudent Energy Handball League in Lagos.

Edo Dynamos will face Desert Queens of Kastina on Saturday at the Rowe Park Alagomeji, Yaba, Lagos.

Okojie told www.aclsports.com that his Edo Dynamos will shock other women’s team in the second phase of the league.

He said, “I am not in Lagos to count the numbers of bridges in the center of excellence but to lift the trophy. My girls secured vital points at the first phase in Abuja but this time around, we will finish what we have started.

“Edo Dynamos is not a small team and I am optimistic that the players will shock other heavyweights in Lagos”.

Okojie revealed that the experience of some of the national team players will be a blessing for the team.

He added that his players are mentally, physically and psychologically ready for the second phase of the league.

Aaron Okojie said “In my team, I posses some national team players who have represented the country at the U21 and senior national teams level. I know for sure that their experiences will count in my favour and by the grace of God, the sky is our limit.

“The girls are mentally, physically and psychologically ready for the league; we had a wonderful camp and the state government has been supportive”.

Edo Dynamos finished in fourth place at the first phase of the 2019 Prudent Energy Handball League in Abuja.
