Liverpool have ended the year on a winning note, coming from behind to beat Leicester City 2-1 at Anfield. Jamie Vardy gave the visitors a first half lead, before two goals from Mohamed Salah earned the Reds an impressive win, which moved them up to fourth on the table.

Salah’s 16th and 17th goals in the Premier League see him continue to impress for Jurgen Klopp side since his switch from Roma and leave him second on the scorers chart, behind Tottenham’s Harry Kane, who has scored 18goals.

The Egypt international has now scored 23goals across all competitions for the Reds, and his latest goals got football fans around the world talking.

Here are some of the reactions as the former Chelsea player continues to show why he’s the arguably the signing of the season.

Considering the fact that this is Salah's first season with Liverpool, 17 EPL goals at this stage is absolutely sensational. Mo Salah is a phenomenon! https://t.co/gYGT3DqH5p

Suarez, Torres, Coutinho,Salah, best 4 #LFC signings of the last 10 years?

Salah's found the ideal balance between getting on the ball and running in behind as an inside forward. Maintains unpredictability. Hazard & Neymar should take note.

Credit where credit is due. 2 more goals. Salah you little bastard.

— Gary Lineker (@GaryLineker) December 30, 2017

By the end of February in his magic season, Luis Suarez had 23 league goals. Mo Salah already on 17.

23 - Mohamed Salah (23 goals) has scored more goals in all club competitions this season than eight Premier League clubs (Crystal Palace, Burnley, Brighton, Swansea, WBA, Huddersfield, Southampton & Newcastle). Sensational.

Naaah Salah dey see the EPL top too much.

— Big Ike (@ikekofijnr_23) December 30, 2017

Unbelievable strength Salah. Sat Maguire right on his arse.

— RG (@registability) December 30, 2017

Hazard needs to add goals to his game. Never had 20 goals for Chelsea in all comps before but Salah already on 23 goals in comps this season.

Unfortunately, it's the stats period & not take-ons. #PMFootball
