After securing the services of three new players in the current transfer window, former Nigerian champions Enyimba have submitted bids for three more players as they prepare for a double impression in local and continental competitions next season.

The People’s Elephant have this week completed the signings of winger Austine Oladapo and left-back Nasiru Sani as they further bolster their ranks after the acquisition of Nasarawa United right back Olayinka Onaolapo earlier in the window.

Information made available to www.aclsports.com by the league organizers on Thursday reveal that Enyimba have submitted bids for ABS FC goal scoring centre back, Ernest Governor.

The Aba side have lodged a transfer request with the NPFL FIFA Domestic Transfer Matching System (DTMS) for the player and his team mate, Mohammed Mohammed.

Both players were few of the leading lights in the ABS side which failed to retain their Premier League status at the end of last season.

Another transfer target of Enyimba, one of Nigeria’s representatives in next season’s CAF Confederation Cup is left-footed central midfielder Chinedu Sunday Udeagha.

Udeagha has been a part of the Rangers set-up for the past five seasons and picked up a winner’s medal with the Flying Antelopes in 2016.

Enyimba are still to confirm who will be in charge of the team for the next season with Gbenga Ogunbote who led them last term still in limbo as to whether or not his expired rolling contract will be renewed.
