Team Nigeria Para Powerlifters are absent at the ongoing World Para Powerlifting European Open Championships in Berck-Sur-Mer, France. The World body confirmed the development to www.aclsports.com on Saturday.

Responding to our correspondent’s tweet, the Powerlifting Federation said no Nigerian powerlifters will take part in the competition.

It attributed the Team’s absent to visa issues. “@dkuti82 Hi! No, no Nigerian powerlifters will take part in the competition”.
