Nigeria born fighter, Kamaru Usman, has agreed to fight American Mike “Platinum” Perry in a Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) match on December 12, 2017.

Kamaru last Saturday knocked out Brazilian Sergio Moraes in the first round of their UFC welterweight fight in Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania, United States.

Perry on his Twitter account called out Kamaru after the Nigerian appeared 12th position on the UFC ranking report.

Perry said, “Look whose name is highlighted. It might be fate @USMAN84kg @ufc we gonna fight one day. It’ll be a great treat.

Kamaru replied Perry a day after his tweet appeared, fixing a date instantly.

Kamaru tweet reads, “I agree!!! #Dec2nd #NigerianNightmare vs. #Platinum.

However, a certified Athletic Equipment Manager’s Association, Shelby Coker questioned the rationle behind Karamu ranked 12 and Rafael Dos Anjos (RDA) with 2 bout ranked fifth

@shelbycoker tweets, “How can RDA be ranked 5, but only have 2 fights in the welterweight division. You have spent your career there and should be higher!”
