Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen was on target for his side, Galatasaray, in their routine win on Saturday, as Ibrahim Olawoyin also featured in Rizespor’s home win, www.aclsports.com reports.

Osimhen, who has been in great form recently, scored the third goal in Gala’s 4-1 win at Antalyaspor. The Turkish champions raced to a two-goal lead in the first quarter of the game when Leroy Sane put them ahead in the 7th minute after a pass from Yunus Akgun. Just four minutes later, the lead was doubled through Roland Sallai.

It was the best opening for the visitors, who were opening a five-point lead at the top of the standings. Just ten minutes after the break, Osimhen scored his goal to extend his side’s lead. It’s the Nigerian striker’s sixth league goal of the 2025/26 season. Substitute Mauro Icardi rounded off the scoring with Gala’s fourth in stoppage time after Sander van de Streek had pulled one back for the hosts.

The 26-year-old received a late booking that will see him miss the next league game for Gala. However, he will be AFCON-bound by then, rendering it inconsequential.

Ibrahim Olawoyin was influential as Rizespor secured a 3-0 win, playing 82 minutes. The 28-year-old completed 1/1 dribbles, 2/2 accurate long balls, 14/21 passes, 2/4 ground duels, and 2/3 aerial duels, earning a 6.6 rating. https://t.co/RpQI4CBmal

As for Olawoyin, he helped Rizespor beat Eyupspor 3-0 in Rize. Qazim Laci, Samet Akaydin, and Ali Sowe scored for the hosts in the comfortable win.

The former Rangers midfielder was subbed off in the 82nd minute as his side made it three games without a loss. Rizespor are up to 10th on the log with 18 points, while Osimhen’s Gala remain top with 39 points after 16 matches.
