Still in China, Francisca Ordega’s Shanghai were held by Changchun to a 0-0 draw.

In Sweden, Faith Micheal featured from the start for Pitea who nicked a 1-0 victory over Djurgardens. While in a twist of fortunes Alimatu Ayinde who played all 90mins saw Eskilstuna lose by a lone goal to Rosengard as Super Falcons midfielder Okobi only saw 20 minutes of action in the encounter.

It was however a big win for Rita Chikwelu’s Kristianstads who pummelled Limhamn 5-1 to maintain their impressive form in 2019 having also reached the final of the Swedish Cup.
