Enyimba International FC captain, Mfon Udoh, is disappointed his team failed to beat MFM FC on Sunday at the Agege Stadium.

Enyimba held MFM in a barren draw on match day 33 fixture of the Nigeria Professional Football League.

The host had a great start into the game but could not capitalise on the chances got in the game. Enyimba settled in and almost snatched the victory but would have to blame it on Udoh who had several misses in the game.

After the game, Enyimba captain Mfon Udoh said the race is not yet over after dropping points against MFM.

“It’s better than nothing though it is not what we wanted. Many teams lost away from home but we got a draw.”

“It’s a race like I have always said its not over till you get to the finish line,” said Udoh.

Udoh, however, praised his opponents for their impressive performance against the two time African champions.

“They are fast, young, very energetic and have very good players,” he said.

Enyimba remain fourth on the NPFL log with 51 points while MFM are second on the table with 56 points from 33 games.
