The players and staff (technical) of Owena Kings and Queens HC has resumed preparations for the 2019 Prudent Energy Handball League in April.

The club’s Head Coach, Tommy Olalude told www.aclsports.com that the players have been training extensively after the Christmas and New Year break.

He said, “We tried our best at the first edition of the Prudent Energy Handball League in Lagos but it was not enough. I have charged my players to put more efforts in training because it will reflect in the game proper.

“Discipline and determination are keys to success and this is will be instilled in the teams. I have concluded plans to get clips of matches we won and lost at the last Handball League in order to properly study them.
