National 400 meters champion, Yinka Ajayi fished third with a time of 51.34 seconds of the women’s 400m event at the ongoing CAA African Senior Athletics Championships.

Yinka after the race told www.aclsports.com that the next target is to win a medal at the intercontinental cup later this year.

Ajayi who won a bronze medal in the women’s 4×400 meters at the 2018 Commonwealth Games thanked those who believed in her, promising not to let her guards down.
