Israel based players Udochukwu Ohakwe and Isoken Nosa, Chinemerem Ahamefule are at the top of a 26–woman list of players invited to the camp in preparation for the forthcoming African Women Nations Cup, coming up in Congo by December 2018.

The camp ends on the 4th of August 2018.

The list, which also has Chinenye Nkemelu, Audu Mercy, Racheal Brown, Bisi Oyewusi, Bunmi Bosa Ruth Ameh and Nkechi Akashili ( Lagos).

The camping exercise will provide opportunities for Nigerian born French tactician Rafiu Salami, (head coach of the senior female team), alongside Safety shooters gaffer, Bala Mohammed Planner and Niger United Garba Lawal Sabo (goalkeeper trainer) to bond with the players they will be working with going forward.

Others are Cynthia Vincent, Uwfil Dana, Raji Taiwo, Chisom Umeh, Susan Omoluwa, Adaobi Okoro, Dorathy Nyagh, Idahosa Adese, Inegbedion Faith Melody Emeribe Ezinne Onyemaechi, Toyin Yusuf, Ada Okey, Johnson Winner, Danjuma Blessing and Nwakaego Nwabuisi.

The camp is also used as a coaching course for Nigerian coaches to upgrade their knowledge in contemporary tactics of the game.
