Nigeria U21 handball player, Abdullahi Atabo told www.aclsports.com that moving to Safety Shooters has shaped his career.

Atabo who is currently wearing the colours of Safety Shooters at the handball league said he is ready to make more sacrifices for his club.

Abdullahi Atabo said though he had more playing time at Plateau Vipers, he is currently undisturbed and his time will come.

He said, “Moving from Plateau Vipers to Safety Shooters is a dream comes true. I am also reuniting with my elder brother who is the match maker of the team; he mentors me and always gives me tutorials during playing hours both on and off the court. I had more playing time in Plateau Vipers but I am okay with the team and doing extremely fine”.

The Right Back player said revealed to www.aclsports.com that he wants to lift the trophy with his new side.

He said every of his teammates gave their best against Kada Stars in the second game.

Atabo said, “The match against Kada Stars was okay; you can see it from the score line (25 to 15 goals) and everyone gave their best; in any game there is always a winner and loser. We are praying that Safety Shooters take the trophy home. Everyone is eyeing the first position but Safety Shooters will not slumber.
