The Zone 3 representatives had it difficult early in the game as they led by 1 point at the end of the first quarter (20-19). KPA were outplayed afterwards and had no answers to the questions thrown at them.  First Bank led with as many as 24 points going to the last quarter and was a huge mountain to climb for the Kenyans.

Selima Okumu made 12 points, 5 rebounds while Betty Maithima had 15 points, 9 rebounds, Antieno Lumutu and Felmas Koranga both contributed 10 points each. Koranga made 10 rebounds to get a double-double but not enough to overcome the resilient Bankers.
