Swiss tennis legend, Roger Federer defeated Juan Martin Del Potro of Argentina in three sets to win his seventh title of the year after falling behind in the first set.

The World no 2, lost the first set 6-7 but rallied back in the second and third set to win his eighth Swiss title by 6-7, 6-4, 6-3.

Federer had previously lost his last two finals at the Swiss Indoors to Del Potro in 2012 and 2013, but denied the Argentine a hat-trick of final wins in his hometown with this win. Which means the 36-year-old edges Novak Djokovic as the tennis player to have won the most prize money in tennis history.
