The Head of Operations, AFA SPORTS, Antoinette Lecky has disclosed to ACLSports.com they were motivated to partner by the feats achieved by the Federation.

“We are an African company that supports Africa Sports and the Nigeria Volleyball Federation have been doing well over the years. So we can only do what we can to help them continue on their path to greatness”.

“AFA SPORTS decided to support the female team as they go on to the Africa Volleyball Championship”, she said “We have heard so many things about how this is their first major sponsorship”.

“We know globally when someone supports you, it makes you want to work hard and prove to those people that they did a great thing by supporting you”, Antoinette Lecky added.
“We hope they do well by coming back to the country victorious and we will have no choice but to support the federation much more”.

The President of Nigeria Volleyball Federation, Engineer Musa Nimrod said despite the short notice given to AFA sports, they were able to kit the team.

He pledged to be transparent and promised equity while in office.
“We never expected they could kit the team with less than one week notice. But they opted to support us and that is what we see here”.
