Struggling MFM are in Kaduna to face Kano Pillars in one of matchday eight games in the Nigeria Professional Football League 2021/22 season.

The Church boys are currently bottom of the log and will be hoping for a better performance against a Sai Masu Gida side who are just hovering above the bottom zone at the moment.

In Makurdi, Eddy Dombraye’s Lobi Stars will host Finidi George’s Enyimba in their first-ever match-up as managers in the top-flight. Nothing much to separate the two sides at the moment but Enyimba’s record of picking at least a point in their past four visits at the Aper Aku Stadium can spur them on.

Defending Champions Akwa United and Deji Ayeni’s resurgent Sunshine Stars will trade tackles at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo. This fixture has a history of goals as at least three goals have been scored in the past seven meetings in the Oil-rich state.

Meanwhile, following their win at Dakkada during the week, Wikki Tourists will be at the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa Stadium in Bauchi to host Plateau United. The Elephants, apart from the Remo Stars game, have been scoring for fun at their home ground while Fidelis Ilechukwu’s side are yet to score away from home this season.

Meanwhile, Abia Warriors will face off with Dakkada at the Okigwe Stadium as Nasarawa United and Katsina United will have a go at each other when they meet at the Lafia Township stadium.

On Monday, unbeaten Rivers United and Ishaq Rafiu will hope to continue that run when they host Heartland FC in Port-Harcourt. At the Pantami Stadium in Gombe, Niger Tornadoes will be guests of Gombe United.

However, the heavyweight clash between Enugu Rangers and unbeaten Remo Stars will be played in Nnewi on Wednesday same as the Shooting Stars versus Kwara United that has been rescheduled due to the death of the Ibadan-side’s GM Rasheed Balogun.
