The FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027 will mark the 10th edition and will be held in Brazil for the first time, with several key details already confirmed ahead of the tournament, www.aclsports.com reports.

Taking place from 24 June to 25 July 2027, the competition will feature 32 teams vying for the title, with matches to be played across eight host cities: Brasília, Porto Alegre, Recife, Salvador, Belo Horizonte, Fortaleza, Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo.

Among the key venues is the Maracanã Stadium in Rio de Janeiro, which will host both the opening match and the final.

The Final Draw is scheduled for Friday, 11 December 2026, at the Museum of Modern Art in Rio de Janeiro, where the teams will be drawn into their respective groups.
