Former Super Eagles striker Michael Eneramo has rejoined Tunisian side Esperance Sportive du Tunis from Saudi side AL Ettifaq.

Eneramo, 31, played twice for the North Africans giants before leaving for Europe in January, 2011.

The striker, capped 11 times by Nigeria’s senior national team ended a very brief stint at his Saudi Arabian side AL Ettifaq earlier this month, ending his three-month association with the club.

Since leaving Esperance for Turkish side Sivasspor in 2011, Eneramo has had unsuccessful spells at Besiktas, Karabukspor and Basaksehir before a second stint at Sivasspor.

News surfaced on Thursday in Tunisia that the former Lobi Stars striker has returned to Esperance, where he had an impeccable record of 63 goals in 94 matches over two stints.

www.aclsports.com has however scooped that Eneramo has signed a short-term contract with the reigning Tunisian league Champions and was spotted at the club’s training ground on Thursday evening.
