Barcelona have completed the record transfer of youngster, Ousmane Dembele, following his contract signing and unveiling on Monday.

Dembele has put pen to paper on a five-year  contract, after joining for a club record fee of €105 million plus performance related add-ons from German side, Borussia Dortmund.

The 20-year-old, who was presented to Barca fans and the media today, will wear shirt number 11, vacated by the player he is expected to replace, Neymar, who sealed a world record €222 million move to PSG in France this summer.

“I’m delighted to find myself at the best club in the world. A dream come true and I’ll battle to win all the trophies I can,” Dembele said during a press conference.

“It’s an honour to play with Leo Messi. He’s the best player in the history of football. I am here to learn,’ the 20-year-old added.

Dembele scored six goals, assisting 12 others in 32 appearances last season for Dortmund in the league.
