Super Eagles Head Coach, Jose Peseiro has called up defender William Ekong, midfielder Wilfred Ndidi, Victor Osimhen and 20 others for next week’s friendly against Portugal in Lisbon.

Ebube Duru of Rivers United is listed among the defenders and he is the only NPFL player called up. Others listed include Calvin Bassey, Kevin Akpoguma, midfielders Ayodele-Aribo and Alex Iwobi, and forwards Moses Simon and Ademola Lookman.

Wing back Tyronne Ebuehi makes a long-awaited return to the fold, as well as midfielder Oghenekaro Etebo.
