The Nigeria Women’s Football League (NWFL) has released the fixtures for the 2025 Championship, following the official draw held on Wednesday at the NWFL Secretariat in Abuja, www.aclsports.com reports.

The competition will take place from September 11 to 21 in Abia State, with Umuahia and Abiriba serving as host centers. A total of 17 clubs were drawn into four groups during the virtual, live-streamed event.

At the end of the tournament, only the winners of each group will secure promotion to the 2025/2026 NWFL Premiership season.

Royal Queens, Gallant Queens, Castmog Ladies, First Mahi Babes

Group A2 (Umuahia)

Sunshine Queens, Fortress Ladies, Unification FC, Kwara Ladies

Group B1 (Abiriba)

Pelican Stars, Ahudiyannem Queens, Wazbak International, Chosen Generation Angels

Group B2 (Abiriba)

Osun Babes, Ghetto Tigers, Moje Queens, Delta Babes, Imo Striker Queens

With four promotion slots to the top division on the line, both Umuahia and Abiriba are set to witness fierce battles for NWFL Premiership tickets.
