He said, “I want to thank His Excellency, Governor Bala Mohammed for making the festival possible as well as providing the funds for the successful hosting.

“I congratulate the winners of the festival for your performances. There is a saying that luck is when preparation meets opportunity meaning you are privileged to represent your Local Government.

“I want to thank all the 20 Local Government Areas for honouring our invitation. We believe that you have made a huge sacrifice by participating in this festival. Special thanks to Ex Super Eagles player, Patrick Pascal (MON) for ensuring we had an entertaining men’s football final at the stadium.

“We have to do it right and make a huge difference in our time, I believe this will be the beginning of greater things in the sporting sector of Bauchi State.”
